Greek Beef Bowl
96/4 ground beef seasoned with Gyro Blend over crisp cucumber and red onion, topped with lemon Gyro yogurt. 48 grams of protein for about 370 calories.

Ingredients
- 6 oz (170 g) 96/4 lean ground beef
- FlavorMaxx Gyro Blend — no amount listed on purpose — use as much as you want
- 150 g cucumber — about half a large cucumber, chopped
- 100 g nonfat Greek yogurt
- 40 g red onion — thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
Why no seasoning amount? Because there's no wrong one. It's zero calories — use as much as you want.
Steps
- 1Stir a heavy shake of Gyro Blend and half the lemon juice into the Greek yogurt. Set it aside — it gets better while the beef cooks.
- 2Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add the beef and break it up.
- 3When the beef is halfway browned, season it with Gyro Blend — as much as you want, there's no wrong amount — and keep cooking until no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes total. Lean beef cooks fast; pull it as soon as it's done.
- 4Chop the cucumber and slice the onion while the beef cooks.
- 5Build the bowl: cucumber and onion on the bottom, beef on top, yogurt sauce over everything, rest of the lemon squeezed over the top.

Why This Is a Near-Perfect Meal
- Over half the calories come from protein — 48 g at 370 calories. That's the ratio that protects muscle in a deficit, and it's nearly impossible to get from a restaurant meal.
- It's heavy on the plate and light on calories. Cucumber, onion, and yogurt add volume and water, so the bowl eats like a much bigger meal than the number says.
- The micros cover what lifters actually run low on: a full day of B12, most of your zinc and selenium from the beef, calcium from the yogurt, and potassium from the produce.
- No cooking skill required. One pan, eight minutes, and the sauce is stirring two things into yogurt.
