Built for Meal Prep
Season Sunday's five pounds of chicken five different ways. Same protein, different country every day of the week.
Restaurant Flavor at Home
Gyro shops, taquerias, and smokehouses aren't magic — they're seasoning. We bottled the good stuff so your kitchen can compete.
Two Blends at Launch. You Pick One of Them.
Gyro Blend is locked in. Blend #2 is an open ballot.
In development right now
Blend #2 Doesn't Exist Yet.
You're Creating It.
Blend #1 started because the gyro place in my town ruined me. I became obsessed with making ground beef taste like their gyro meat — months in my kitchen weighing spices, cooking batch after batch, feeding the misses to my friends. I even went in and asked the owner what was in it. He just laughed. Batch after batch until one night my version won the side-by-side. That recipe is Gyro Blend. Blend #2 gets built the exact same way — except this time, you pick what I chase.
01
You pick the target
Six directions are on the ballot: Chimichurri, Shawarma, Blackened Cajun, Lemon Pepper Blast, Birria, Honey Sriracha. The one with the most votes is the flavor I go chase.
02
I build it at home
Same process as Gyro Blend: find the best version of that flavor I can get my hands on, then iterate in my kitchen until my batch beats it side by side.
03
It gets bottled
When the recipe wins the taste test, it goes to production and lands in the launch lineup next to Gyro Blend. Voters hear first.
Your vote is your ballot and your waitlist spot — 15% off everything at launch, and you hear first if your pick wins.
