Sheet-Pan Gyro Chicken & Veggies
Chicken breast, zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion roasted on one pan under a heavy coat of Gyro Blend. 40 grams of protein for about 290 calories.

Ingredients
- 6 oz (170 g) chicken breast — left whole, or cubed if you're in a hurry — knock 5 minutes off
- FlavorMaxx Gyro Blend — no amount listed on purpose — use as much as you want
- 120 g zucchini — half-moon slices
- 80 g bell pepper — red, cut into strips
- 40 g red onion — cut into wedges
- 1 tsp olive oil
Why no seasoning amount? Because there's no wrong one. It's zero calories — use as much as you want.
Steps
- 1Heat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.
- 2Toss the chicken and vegetables with the olive oil in a large bowl, then add Gyro Blend until everything is coated. How much? As much as you want.
- 3Spread it in a single layer — crowding steams the chicken instead of roasting it.
- 4Roast 18–22 minutes, until the chicken hits 160°F inside. Rest 5 minutes; carryover takes it to 165°F.
- 5Eat as is, over rice if you have the calories to spend, or stuffed into a pita with Greek yogurt.

Why This Is a Near-Perfect Meal
- 40 g of protein for 290 calories — about 55% of the calories from protein, from the leanest cut in the store.
- Red bell pepper puts it over a full day of vitamin C, and chicken breast covers niacin and B6 — the B vitamins doing the work when you train.
- One pan means the fat stays at one measured teaspoon of olive oil. No cooking losses to guess at, no oil you didn't count.
- It scales. Triple everything on two pans and Sunday prep covers three lunches without tasting like it.
